how can i set voice mail in my phone?

I am using a voip phone connected through Siemens Hipath PBX system. my voice mail has been deactivated. any boby can help me how to activate my voicemail.

1. This is how i do it i hold down 1 and if i dont have any messages a persen will tell you to press all these numbers to get to stuff and than you record your message thats how i do it
