Toshiba Phone System - i need help with phoenix bios?

i need help with phoenix bios?

i hooked my cell phone to my toshiba satellite a135 laptop and phoenix bios locked me out of the system completely... now when i start it up, it asks for a password automatically... ive tried phoenix, PHOENIX, CMOS, and BIOS... anybody else got anything?
