Comcast business phone systems?

I am setting up a small office and trying to decide what I need phone wise. There will be 6 offices, 3 receptionist, and a conference room There will be a total of 10 lines. We want a system where there is a main office line which goes to a receptionist and she can then transfer calls to the respective offices. Each person also needs a line to make outgoing calls and we would like them to have direct lines as well. Where should we be looking/ doing? Thanks in advance. We know it may be necessary to set up a phone system, but at this point I want to see what I would be able to do myself. By the way we will be using comcast.

1. Not sure what Comcast offers. It sounds like you want PBX trunks with some DID's. They should have someone in their office that can meet with you to discuss how best to meet you overall needs. If not. look for a provider who will. A good source to use is the yellow pages under telephone equipment. find a good equipment company and they can help you put together what you need to make what you want happen. n
