should there be a law against telephone automated systems?
whatever happened to talking to a REAL person? ok the spanish/english thing i understand, it's just the whole process of trying to speak to a person that's frustrating. i mean, there are so many different reasons that you could be calling but they narrow it down to the amount of numbers on a key pad. oy vey!

- I think there should be a law against those voice-response automated systems. They are stupid because if you breathe while you are on the line they send you to the wrong place.

- At some point you can try hitting zero multiple times till you get through otherwise if it is customer service related just repeat customer service 18 times - works on a cell phone to get help for service. lol
